If there aren't any shifts displaying in the Pick & Request tab, it means 1 of 2 things:
- Your event manager hasn't made any shifts public, meaning nobody can sign up for shifts. In this case, be sure to check the My Schedule tab to see if you've been scheduled in any private shifts.
- There are no public shifts with availabilities based on the qualifications and roles you have selected.
