Why can’t my staff check themselves into the event?

Your staff can only check themselves into an event if you have set their permissions to allow them to do so.

To view and change permissions on the web:

  1. Click the Set Permissions button on your event Details page.
  2. Select the “Allow staff to check themselves in” checkbox.
  3. If the checkbox is deselected only Event Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Check-in Administrators will be able to check staff into your event.
