If there aren't any roles displaying in the Pick & Request tab, it means 1 of 2 things:
- Your event manager hasn't made any roles public, meaning nobody can sign up for roles. In this case, be sure to check the My Schedule tab to see if you've been scheduled for any private roles and shifts yet.
- There are no public roles with availabilities based on the qualifications you have selected.
