If there aren't any qualifications displaying in the Pick & Request tab, it means 1 of 2 things:
- Your event manager hasn't made any public qualifications. They may not use qualifications. In this case, you can continue to pick & request your desired roles and shifts.
- Your event manager may have already assigned you private qualifications. Check the My Schedule tab to see if you've already been scheduled in the event.
