Your event state is located on the left side of your event Details page. Click Open or Live to unlock your event.
- Locked events can only be viewed by the event manager(s) on the web.
- Open will allow event staff to build and view their schedules on the web. This will trigger an email to any staff in the event instructing them to activate their accounts.
- Live will be used on the event day(s), allowing all staff to view the necessary information via our mobile App. All changes to the schedule will be broadcast to affected staff in real-time.
